These terms of use (“Terms”) govern Your use of the Platform, and for the purpose of these Terms the Company may wherever context so require, be also referred to as, “Gromacity”, "We", "Us", or "Our" and the terms “You”, “Your” or “User” refer to user of the Platform. We value the trust You place in Us. That’s why, We maintain reasonable security standards for securing the transactions and Your information.


Services

  1. We provides delivery services of Groceries and various products from Partner Stores/Own Dark Store at selected cities through mobile application.
  2. The Company may, at its discretion, add, modify, or remove any of the Products and/or Services listed above from time to time without notice.
  3. Provides quality of delivery and responding to Your queries or issues relating to Your Account and the services

Products display and Availability

  1. Mobile app provides better user experience for easier way of usage in multi-language.
  2. Some of the Product images may have graphical representation, original product view may different.
  3. On higher demand or product unavailability situation product will go in out of stock.

Delivery

  1. The Company shall provide delivery of the Products during such time period as communicated to You through the Platform. As we are providing Slot based delivery time, however, the Company does not guarantee the delivery within the said time, since the exact delivery time of each order may vary due to various factors such as availability of third party delivery service providers, demand, traffic and weather conditions, a force majeure event, etc,.
  2. There is no minimum Order amount, But the delivery is applicable depends on user distance from Rs.15 to Rs.40
  3. Free delivery service will be provides if Order amount above Rs.500, However delivery fee applicable different situations like if user location is morethan 4km delivery and weight of product. Charges may vary.
  4. Delivey time will be 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on slot basis.

Product Exchange, Returns, Cancellation and Refunds

  1. You may return the Product in an order, subject to the conditions like wrong item being delivered other than what You had ordered in an order or Items substantially damaged or deteriorated in quality at the time of delivery.
  2. You may request exchange or return the Products, purchased from Us provided the Products are sealed/unopened/unused and in original condition and on the same day of delivery.
  3. You may cancel an order without charge at any time before the Company accepts the order. You can not cancel the order if it accepted or out for delivery.
  4. Please be informed that when You opt to cancel or return the Products, upon our verification of the Products.
  5. Refund amount will be credited to your back account or Wallet in business working days after verifying product condition.

Payments

  1. The Company accept cash on delivery and online Payments through third party Payment gateway to secure yout transaction.
  2. Campany has all rights to change payment option at any time.
  3. If user selects cash on delivery option, can make the payment through cash or UPI at the time of delivery.

Offers and Promotions

  1. Company may run offers and promotion on periodic time such as Festivals, new arrivals, Seasons.
  2. Offers may get stopper without any notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Andhrapradesh, India.
